Group

Group classes are a great way to start yoga in a comfortable supportive environment where everyone is welcome. With my group classes you will have the chance to both learn and build on existing knowledge while learning some new tips. I strive to offer a new theme every month and encourage students to make suggestions for themes at any time. My classes offer both poses and breathing techniques.

With Group classes you will learn:

  • Meditation and centering
  • Warm-up’s
  • Full pose sequence
  • Breathing techniques
  • Relaxation

All classes are offered in a safe supportive environment with a trauma sensitive approach.

I try to provide props to my students depending on the class size however if you know you require props please bring them with you.
