With my workplace wellness workshop, it’s a great way for your employees to learn some simple stretches and breathing techniques to help them deal with the stress of the day to day. We will talk about the importance of self care and mindfulness. All workplace wellness sessions take place at your office in a safe and supportive space.

- Safety in fitness and how to practice yoga safely
- Chair yoga and yoga for desk jockeys
